Kia ora e te whānau,
It’s been another busy week, and for many of our senior students the excitement is all focused on tonight’s ball. It’s always a special occasion, and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone looking fantastic and enjoying a special evening together.
Today’s teacher-only-day was both busy and energising. We focused on making sure our Year 9 and Year 10 units of work consistently embed our GBHS literacy and numeracy systems across all subjects. Draft curriculum documents haven’t been released in other subject areas, and we hope they are released by the MoE with some urgency.
We have a host of finals and semi-final games across the weekend - good luck to all the teams involved.
Have a great weekend!
