ENROLMENT (2026) INTERVIEWS:

At Green Bay High School ALL APPLICATIONS (In Zone and Out of Zone) are completed online.

YEAR 9 IN ZONE APPLICATIONS (for 2026 placement)

Once your (Year 9 In Zone) enrolment application has been completed online, you will be required to attend an enrolment interview at the school. Please note: original/verified copies of all uploaded documents included with your enrolment application must be sighted at the interview. No appointment is needed - simply come along at one of the following times seen below (or) contact the school office on 817-8173 ext 201 if an interview appointment at another time is required.

• Saturday 26 July 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 9am - 2pm completed
• Saturday 2 August 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 9am - 2pm completed
• Tuesday 5 August 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 4pm - 6pm completed
• Tuesday 12 August 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 4pm - 6pm completed
• Tuesday 19 August 2025: Year 9 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 4pm - 6pm completed
  
  After the interview, a letter will be sent to YEAR 9 IN ZONE applicants by FRIDAY 29 AUGUST 2025 requesting confirmation of enrolment. This must be completed by FRIDAY 5 SEPTEMBER 2025. Those students who accept a place at Green Bay High School will be invited on FRIDAY 5 SEPTEMBER 2025 to complete their online course selections for 2026. Course selection must be completed by FRIDAY 12 SEPTEMBER 2025.
  
  

  YEAR 9 OUT-OF-ZONE APPLICATIONS (for 2026 placement)

• All YEAR 9 OUT-OF-ZONE applications must be completed by WEDNESDAY 27 AUGUST 2025.
• BALLOT DATE (There will be 5 Out of Zone places for Year 9 offered for 2026) is WEDNESDAY 3 SEPTEMBER 2025
• Final offers of ONE of the FIVE places to successful applicants will be made by FRIDAY 5 SEPTEMBER 2025
• Successful OUT OF ZONE applicants must confirm their position by FRIDAY 12 SEPTEMBER 2025
• Those students who accept a place at Green Bay High School will be invited on FRIDAY 12 SEPTEMBER 2025 to complete their online course selections for 2026. These must be completed by FRIDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2025.
  
  

  YEARS 10 - 13 ENROLMENT INTERVIEWS: IN ZONE APPLICATIONS ONLY (for 2026 placement)

• There are NO out of zone places offered in 2026 for Years 10, 11, 12, 13

ENROLMENT INTERVIEWS for Years 10 -13 (in zone) are by appointment only. Please contact Julie Southey (817-8173 ext 234) to make an appointment for one of the following dates as seen below (or) contact the school office on 817-8173 ext 201 if an interview appointment at another time is required. Please note: original/verified copies of all uploaded documents must be sighted at the interview.

• Thursday 14 August 2025: Years 10-13 In Zone Enrolment Interviews 4pm - 6pm completed
