Stationery - Order Online

School Stationery & Charges - Please note the prices listed below are correct at the time of publishing, and may be subject to change.

Green Bay High School has teamed up with OfficeMax to make going back to school even easier! Your child’s stationery requirements (2026) are now available online at myschool.co.nz

FREE DELIVERY for orders over $70.

It’s easy to shop online at myschool.co.nz:

  1. Simply enter your child’s name and Year level:
  2. Select CORE PACK - this pack includes necessary stationery items specifically requested by core subject teachers.
  3. Select Option subject - this lists all necessary stationery items specifically requested by option subject teachers.
  4. (Click 'View requirement list' to view contents and compare prices - should you wish to purchase items separately from another stationery provider).
  5. Remove or add items, as required
  6. Click NEXT to view additional items (add as required)
  7. Click CART to proceed to Checkout, enter delivery details and place your order

    • We encourage you to order early to ensure your child has all their stationery requirements ready to go in plenty of time for the start of Term 1.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)

At Green Bay High School, we utilise Chromebooks or Laptops in the classroom. It is a blended approach that integrates online activities and web based learning with traditional face-to-face class tasks in a planned, pedagogically sound manner. Learning is at the heart of blended learning - not technology, technology is the tool we will use. We ask that all students come equipped with either a Chromebook or a laptop (Windows or Mac). The key considerations are that there is a physical keyboard, and a screen large enough to work comfortably.

Other Charges

There are also charges for some subjects, workbooks and compulsory items, which need to be paid to Green Bay High School. For example:

Voluntary School Donation: The Voluntary School Donation (2025) is $225 for the First child attending, and $70 (for each subsequent sibling attending).

PLEASE NOTE: The Board has approved an increase of $10 in the parent donation for 2026 - This will move the individual donation to $235 and the sibling donation to $80.

  • Student ID Card: $12. This is used for borrowing books from the library, student bus fares, printing and photocopying from school and exam entry.
  • Subject Fees: There may also be workbook charges and subject fees for some subjects. These will be listed on your child’s school invoice, and will be available to view on the Web Portal (using your parent login to access). Please note that Year 9 and Year 10 students have a change of...
