Attendance / Web Portal

Parents at Green Bay High School can keep track of attendance for their child by using the school’s Web Portal. Additionally, our school Attendance Officer, or the deans’ team, will get in touch with you if there are concerns over absences.

From today onwards, we will also be sending out a weekly attendance update directly to the parent/caregiver email addresses that we have on record for each student. Please contact us of any changes to ensure your contact details are correct.

Our Web Portal is home to up-to-date information including: timetable, attendance, reports and results, as well as providing a great way for caregivers to notify us of any absences for your child.

The following link has a helpful guide on logging into the Portal for the first time. You can check it out HERE

If you have any questions or queries about your Caregiver login details, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us by phone: 09-817-8173 or email: [email protected]

If a student is absent without an explanation, attendance staff will send a text to inform caregivers that they have not turned up for class. If there is no response, a follow-up email will be sent to check that the text about the absence has been received. If a child is absent for medical reasons, a medical certificate is required after three or more days of absence.

We will be in touch with you if there are unexplained or lengthy absences, but if you have any attendance queries and/or issues, please contact us so we can work together. If there are any questions you have or help that you need, please get in touch via your child’s level dean or the Attendance Officer - contact details listed below:
