Kia ora e te whānau. It's been a great start to Term 4, and so good to have the school busy and full of life again. Students have returned with a really positive attitude and are ready for the term ahead, although I suspect a few sleep schedules have needed some adjusting after the holidays!
There are some fantastic stories in this week's newsletter, and I continue to be blown away by the achievements of our students. From sporting successes and national selections to outstanding achievements in the arts, it's amazing to see the talent and commitment of students across our school.
We also have the very first edition of our student newsletter to share this week, and it's absolutely fabulous! A huge well done to the students who have put it together. They've done a fantastic job, and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did.
As we get into Term 4, I also want to remind everyone how important it is to be at school every day. For our senior students, in particular, every lesson really does count. There is not much time left before exams begin, and it's important that students make the most of every opportunity to work with their teachers, ask questions and prepare well. We want everyone to finish the year knowing they have done their best, and being at school is a big part of making that happen.
Have a great weekend.
