Part-time, job-share, Thursday and Friday 8am to 4pm, term time only, starting Term 2, 2023
Our friendly Green Bay High School admin team is looking for a go-getting, receptionist superstar to join them in delivering excellent service to our school community on a part time, job-share basis.
Duties include managing the reception area, in-coming telephone calls, stationery orders, mail distribution, school van bookings and ad-hoc administration. We are seeking someone to bring their enthusiasm and people skills to the fore and to be the first point of contact for our students, parents, staff and visitors. This role is pivotal to ensuring the atmosphere at our school reflects our values.
Your friendly, professional and customer-focused approach will reflect your ability to easily deal with whatever comes your way. Positive communication skills, a good telephone manner, patience and tact are all essential skills for this role.
This position is for two days/week (Thursday & Friday), 8am to 4pm, term-time only with the possibility of covering sick/holiday leave for our administration team. With continued roll growth, there may be the possibility of increasing the hours in the future.
