GBHS Junior Language Showcase!

Thursday, 19 November, 2026
3.30pm-5.30pm
in Rooms L2 and L3

Every culture has traditional monsters, legendary creatures, or mythical guardians. From Te Taniwha in Aotearoa, to the Mexican Alebrijes in Latin America, the Cologne Heinzelmännchen in Germany, and mythical Yokai in Japan.

GBHS junior language students are bringing these legendary tales to life.

Explore the fascinating folklore monsters and mythical guardians through student-created drawings and writings in the language they are learning this semester.

All welcome. Please join us and explore the lore together. Our students would love to see you there.
