Winning Cheer

Congratulations to GBHS's Cheerleading team, who secured 1st place in their school team (Grade 3) division at the New Zealand Super Nationals!

Dedication and hard work, including their early morning trainings each Wednesday before school, certainly paid off. The team of 15 strutted their stuff on stage, proudly incorporating a wide range of specific routines and meeting the judging criteria.

All teams competed in-person at the Nationals, as part of the NZ Hub and were ranked against other teams across Australia (in the Australian Hub) during the 2-day event, as part of the Cheerbrandz In-Person Trans-Tasman Super Nationals.
