Tenure Celebrations

GBHS held a special Tenure Celebration on Tuesday evening, in recognition of staff who have reached an anniversary milestone in their professional service at Green Bay High School.

🎉 Geoff Hall - Careers Counsellor: 35 years
🎉 Sandy Begg - Deputy Principal: 40 years

Speeches, and the inevitable sharing of a few 'memorable moments' brought love and laughter to a light-hearted evening, shared with family, friends and colleagues.

Staff spoke of their dedication to GBHS, ensuring students' education and wellbeing are valued; demonstrating that our school values - Excellence/Rau O Te Huia; Courage/Ko Kauri; Respect/He Tangata, He Tangata; and Responsiveness/ E Tipu, E Rea - apply to students and staff alike.
