Ruben Mita (Alumni)

Ruben Mita, Green Bay High School Alumni (2012 - 2016), is an ecologist and writer now living in Pōneke (Wellington).

Ruben has written the book 'A Naturalist’s Guide to Fungi of Aotearoa New Zealand' and was interviewed for an article in NZ Booklovers. Be sure to CLICK HERE to read the interview!

Ruben holds degrees in Ecology and Biodiversity, Ecological Restoration, English and Music from Te Herenga Waka University of Wellington, and is also a published poet.
