A Taste of Tradition (new and old)
GBHS's Year 10 language students are putting their theory into practice - in more ways than one.
Spanish language students rolled up their sleeves to bake a traditional Spanish Christmas dessert: Roscón de Reyes. This festive sweet bread is typically enjoyed on 6 January, when children in Spain receive their presents.
Each 'creation' looked - and tasted - amazing. ¡Qué aproveche!
German language students had the opportunity to converse with some of our International students (from Germany) this was a great show of respect and partnership - providing proficient speakers to help and support their peers.
