GBHS's Green Impact group are proud to present their second session of lunch-time films, screening next Tuesday, 21 October.
All students are invited to enjoy youth-friendly short films from the 2025 Mountain Film Festival, celebrating outdoor adventure sports. You can bring your bags into the auditorium, but no food is to be consumed.
Interested in cycling? This one's for you! This is an enjoyable watch for students and staff. Come along and enjoy a compilation of short films from the Big Bike Film Night, which tours New Zealand and the world.

Short Films include: 🎬Intersection - Mountain biker and artist Micayla Gatto rides in and out of her own painted landscapes in the 'Intersection' project. 🎬My Last Day of Summer - It is the last day of summer and Julia is at the local bike shop hoping that her bike can be fixed. While checking out the flashy displays of new bikes and shiny components, a comic book catches her eye. The comic explores a world including the sights and sounds she experiences on the trails. The comic captures her imagination and she soon finds herself on a ride like none other. 🎬A fine balance - A group of young rowdies expressing their individuality through uni-cycling. 🎬Peckham BMX From their early beginnings at the Bird in Bush track, becoming the number 1 club in the UK in 2008, producing some of the highest ranking riders in the UK and their endless campaign for their current home track of 3 years in Burgess Park - this documentary tells the humble story of Peckham BMX Club. 🎬 Matthias Dundois at home - Visit French BMXer, Matthias Dandois, at his home in Paris and find out how he became a pro rider. 🎬Blueprint - A trail builder's creative expression comes to life before your very eyes. 🎬Future Ground a training camp designed for female athletes to ride together and progress together.
