End of Year Programme

GBHS's International End-of-Year Programme 2025 is a fantastic celebration of learning, culture, and community.

Over four weeks, our international students enjoy a diverse mix of activities - from creative workshops and outdoor adventures to meaningful volunteer work.

Students get hands-on with printmaking at Smitten Design, support sustainability at EcoMatters and Fairfoods, and explore Auckland’s treasures with visits to Weta Workshop, the Maritime Museum and Tiritiri Matangi. There are plenty of chances to challenge themselves - whether it be mastering the waves during Learn to Surf, testing their limits at Tree Adventures, or showcasing culinary flair in MasterChef Cooking.

A highlight each year is the Primary School visit, where students share their home countries' folk stories with local children - a heartwarming way to give back before heading home. The programme concludes with a special lunch and certificate ceremony, celebrating friendships, achievements, and unforgettable memories from their time at Green Bay High School.
