Get ready to hit it out of the park!

Although MONDAY 20 NOVEMBER is a Teacher Only Day, the end of term 4 is still a busy time at Green Bay High School!
Senior students have NCEA exams and Year 13 Graduation, and Junior students have their normal class timetables, as well as sports competitions, camps (LIA), Beach Ed, Prize-Giving Assemblies, and school-wide competitions!

YEAR 13 GRADUATION takes place on 1 December, be sure to RSVP!

Year 13 whanau have received an email with further information regarding Graduation. Those who have RSVP'd can collect tickets from Student Reception from Friday 24 November.

BEACH ED continues over the next few weeks, as scheduled below:

Yr 10 SOFTBALL DAY takes place on Friday 8 December (8.40am - 3.15pm).

Year 10 students are encouraged to dress up representing their assigned countries (in collaboration with their Social Studies learnings). Softball Day is linked to the Year 10 Physical Education course. Bring plenty of food, water, sunblock, and enthusiasm! Awards will be given on the day for spirit, best dressed, top class etc.

Yr 9 ROUNDERS' DAY takes place on Monday 11 December (8.40am - 3.15pm).

Year 9 students are encouraged to dress up in House Colours. The day starts with Assemblies in the morning (Year 9 Period 1, and Year 10 Period 2). Awards will be given on the day for spirit, best dressed, top class etc. Rounders' Day is linked to the Year 9 Physical Education course. Bring plenty of food, water, sunblock, and enthusiasm!

End of Year JUNIOR ASSEMBLIES and GBHS's AMAZING RACE DAY takes place on Tuesday 12 December (8.40am - 3.15pm).

This is the last full day of school for 2023 and is a time of whanaungatanga and friendly competition for our Junior school. The day will start with: Period 1 - Y9 Assembly + Y10 Amazing Race challenge 1 Period 2 - Y10 Assembly + Y9 Amazing Race challenge 1

YEAR 9 and YEAR 10 PRIZE-GIVING takes place on the morning of Wednesday 13 December.

This is a formal occasion (by invitation only). Whānau of students who are receiving top academic and honours awards will be invited. This assembly celebrates top academic students in respective subject classes, and the announcement of honours students across the Arts, Māori, Service, and Sport.
