Host an International Student from South America, Europe, or Asia in 2025!

Green Bay High School is currently looking for local families who are warm and welcoming, and where an international student will feel at home and part of the family.

We would love to hear from you if English is the main language spoken at home and you live within walking or biking distance to school, or close to the bus route.

Hosting an international student is a rewarding and enriching experience. The International Department at Green Bay High School will provide all the support and guidance you need to help make hosting a positive experience for everyone.

Our 2025 hosting payment is $350 per week.

As part of the application process, our homestay manager will visit you at home, gather some information about you and your family's interests and then carefully match a student to you and your family.

Our international students are aged between 14 - 18 years and come from Italy, France, Germany, Brazil, Chile, Japan, China, Vietnam and Cambodia. Our students study from 2 terms to one year, and some students may stay for 3 to 4 years to complete their high school education at Green Bay High School.
