Parent / Student / Teacher Conferences (TERM 3, 2026) provide an opportunity for parents, students and subject teachers to discuss progress, achievement and individual needs.
As the name suggests, students are expected to attend and participate.
This is a great opportunity to strengthen relationships that support our students, and you, our families and whānau.

⚠️ ONLINE BOOKINGS for WEDNESDAY (12 August) and THURSDAY (13 August) will OPEN closer to the date.

- Period 2 - 9:40am-10:40am
- NO FORM TIME
- Period 3 - 11:00am-12:00pm
- Period 4 - 12:00pm-1:00pm
- SCHOOL FINISHES AT 1:00PM
- (PSTs begins at 2pm - finishing at 7pm)
- Thursday 13 August 2026: 2.45pm - 7.00pm. (School closing early at 1.45pm) - Student timetable amended as follows:
- Period 1 - 9:20am-10:20am
- Period 2 - 10:20am-11:20am
- NO FORM TIME
- Period 3 - 11:45am-12:45pm
- Period 4 - 12:45pm-1:45pm

Please note: School buses do NOT arrive at the earlier closing time/s, however the school library will be open for supervision. If your child needs after school supervision during PST afternoons, please contact Deputy Principal Kheang Ov to make arrangements.
During the PST conference Parents, Students and Teachers will have the opportunity to discuss: - Progress up to this point
- Option selection and pathways
- Focus on the next steps (particularly credit tracking and externals for seniors)
PST conferences are held in E Block, F Block, and H Block. We spread the classroom use across the school to ensure as few people as possible are in a classroom at any one time. Please be mindful of this when making bookings by keeping a 10 minute gap between appointments. You will see the location of classrooms when making your bookings.
Careers Advisors will be available for conversations with those who are interested in discussing potential career pathways. Student Leaders will also be available to help you find the location of the rooms.
