Spelling Bee 2026

In preparation for GBHS's annual Spelling Bee, form classes will be taking part in a spelling test (next week) to find which student in your form class is the best.

• Preparation: Week 3 (4 - 8 May)
• Junior competition: Monday, 11 May (Auditorium at lunchtime)
• Senior competition: Friday, 15 May (Auditorium at lunchtime)

The top speller from each form class will progress to the Spelling Bee comp!

Miss Johansson-Latham and the Muriwai House leaders: Azra Clarke & Paige Mackey, will provide all form classes with a list of words for the spelling challenge.
