Year 11 and Year 12 students are building mental fitness and social connection.
Green Bay High School is very excited to be working with the LifeChangers team again this year. LifeChangers work in schools across the country, and many of our students will have experienced their workshops at both primary and intermediate schools.
The team are delivering two programmes this term. Year 11 students are currently taking part in the LifeChangers (2 periods) Stress Less workshop, exploring collective contributors to stress and anxiety, to help understand the intricate link between relationships and mental health. This hands-on experience helps them build the resilience needed to move through their senior years with less stress and more ease.
Last week, Year 12 students took part in the LifeChangers (2 periods) iLead workshop, designed to foster resilience and fuel personal growth. Participants engaged in self-discovery; learned how to overcome personal challenges and barriers, and investigated how their personal values shape their decision-making.
