Today's Challenge: "If a = 26, b = 25, c = 24 and so on, what is the word-sum of apple?"
Throughout the week, GBHS's Math faculty will post a Form Time challenge via the Daily Notices.
Monday's question was: "Jade opened the novel she was reading and noticed that the two page numbers she could see added up to 157. What were the page numbers?" Tuesday's Challenge: "The time is 01:01. How many minutes have passed when the clock reads 10:10?" The winners were: • Year 9: Nathan Edwards • Year 10: Ollie Muller • Year 11: Tessa Sullivan-Tew • Year 12: Greta Guidara • Year 13: Maerin Farrington (With the answer: 549 minutes)
