Injury Prevention

GREEN BAY PHYSIO:

Andrew Newmarch (Senior Physiotherapist) and Sacha MacBain (Physiotherapist) from Green Bay Physio facilitated a strapping clinic with students from GBHS's 1st XI Girls' and Boys' Football, Senior Basketball and Prem Netball teams.

Students were taught about injury prevention, overtraining, sleep, hydration, and how to strap common sporting injuries.
