13 March 10.00am WATER ISSUES - Emergency Closure
Kia ora whānau,
Unfortunately, the school needs to close this morning due to a loss of mains water, which means we currently have no running water or functioning toilets on site.
Watercare has been notified, our emergency plumber is onsite but at this stage we have not been given a timeframe for when water service will be restored.
Students will only be able to leave the school grounds with permission from a parent or caregiver. The library will remain open throughout the day for any students who need to stay at school.
Process for students leaving the school grounds
- An email has been sent to Parents/Caregivers with a Google Form
- Parents or caregivers complete the form for their child/children.
- Students will remain in their form classes until permission has been received from their parents or caregiver.
Thank you for your understanding while we manage this situation. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
