Tuesday Career Talks

The careers team at GBHS give a big thanks to our five guest speakers, for this week's Accounting and Property career talks!

Sarah Smith and Callum Roberson from Ray White, Logan Wedgwood from Advisory Works, Dan Margan from Cleaver Partners; and Trinette Gibores-Smith from Property InDepth met with students and answered their questions relating to a career in business, accounting, and property. Sharing information about the pros and cons within their industry, pay incentives, study options, and the "over arching why" were discussed honestly.

It was also great to see so many of our Commerce teachers, with all of their experience, attend the lunchtime meeting to further support their students.

We are truly grateful that so many ex-students, parents of the school, and Green Bay locals give up their time to help our aspiring rangatahi in their career quests.
