Introducing Natalie

GBHS warmly welcomes our newest staff members of 2026.

Over the next few weeks, new staff have been featured in our newsletter. Today we are pleased to introduce Natalie Barden (Sciences)

"Kia ora everyone, I have been loving my first term at Green Bay High School and am extremely grateful for the warm welcome I've had from staff and students. I am from Kent in the UK and was teaching in South West London before moving over to Auckland. I enjoy nature and hiking and generally spending as much time outdoors as possible. My specialism is Chemistry, and I love to engage students by doing as many chemistry experiments as possible, linking the theory learnt to what students can see happening in front of them."
