College Sport

Last Tuesday, Green Bay High School took a team of 20 athletes to Saint Kentigern College to compete in the College Sport Secondary School Aquathon Championships.

An aquathon combines a swim and run, with athletes completing a 400–750m swim followed immediately by a 2–5km run, depending on their age group. Our students showed fantastic determination and resilience across both legs of the race, particularly in the challenging heat.

All of our athletes performed exceptionally well, with several just missing out on podium placings. Special mention to Henry Klimetz (Yr 11), who delivered an outstanding performance to secure 3rd place in the Under 16 individual race.
