Checking Attendance

Do YOU know how your child’s attendance is looking? Do YOU know how to find out?

Parents/caregivers of Green Bay High School students can keep a track on school attendance through the Parent Portal.

Since the start of this year we have been using a new Parent Portal. This change took place over the Summer break, and you can find the NEW Parent Portal HERE

Our school.kiwi Parent Portal is home to up-to-date information including timetable, attendance, reports and results, as well as providing a great way for parents/caregivers to notify us of any absences for your child.

If you have any questions or queries about your login details (for your first time logging into the Parent Portal) please get in touch with us on 09-817-8173 ext 264, or via email: [email protected]

• If your child is not in school without an explanation the attendance staff will send a text to inform you that your child has not turned up for class.
• If there is no response to this text then a follow up email will check with you to make sure you have received the text message about an absence.
• If a child is absent for medical reasons we will need a medical certificate after three days of absence.

We will be in touch with you if there are unexplained or lengthy absences, but if you have any attendance queries and issues, please contact us so we can work together.
