Kia ora e te whānau; the school is mid-way through the election process for the 5 Board of Trustees Parent Representative Board vacancies. We have employed CES to undertake the election process on our behalf and following legislative change, the voting process is now able to be completed online. Nominations have now closed. I am pleased to announce that 15 nominations have been received. I’d really like to thank those members of our community who have put their name forward.

Later this week (Wednesday), you should receive voting instructions by email for those for whom we have a valid email address in our database. Please note that this may inadvertently arrive in your SPAM folder, particularly if you have a gmail address. For those people who do not have a valid email address on the school database, details and voting papers will be sent by post and voting papers should be returned to the school main office. If you do not receive voting instructions, then please contact [email protected]

All votes must be received by midday on 7th September. Results will be announced on 13th September and the new board will take office on the 14th September.
