Swimming Champs

NZ SECONDARY SCHOOL COMPETITION:

Green Bay High School was represented, with awesome results, at the recent 2024 NZ Secondary School Swimming Championships.

Congratulations to Isaac Gear (Yr 12), Olivia Tukia (Yr 13), Henry Klimetz (Yr 9), and Sheehan Peris (Yr 9).

Isaac 16 yr old: Gold 50m free; Silver 50m fly; Silver 100m free.
Olivia 17/18 yr old: 4th 50m free; 4th 50m fly - with some great Personal Bests in her 100m free and 100m fly.

This was Henry and Sheehan's first big national meet and they both swam really well, achieving Personal Bests in their 50m events.
