GBHS's Master Chef(s):
Level 2 Hospitality students delivered a sandwich that ticked all the boxes - complete with both flavour and visual impact (including an impressive cross‑section cut) as part of their latest assessment.
Custom Chicken Katsu Sando orders were crafted to accommodate varying dietary needs and personal tastes for our supportive kaiako (teachers).
The substantial and delicious lunch was highly appreciated by the staff, who will be providing valuable feedback to help with marking criteria.
