Thank you to Benji Godsmark (Year 13) for taking photos of the Yr 12 Hospitality assessment earlier this week.
In this course, students will gain foundational skills in food preparation and catering while developing practical skills essential to the hospitality industry.
Practical assessments are designed to develop key employability and life skills, such as teamwork, effective communication, resilience, self-management, and critical thinking.
This is the second and final assessment for the Yr 12 HOS classes in their completion of multiple unit standards, totalling 10 credits.
Many staff (who were lucky recipients of some top-notch meals and desserts) were impressed with the quality and presentation and have supplied their feedback. Students performed excellently under pressure.
