Fantastic results

A dozen GBHS students represented Auckland at the Cross Country Champs / Relay event held in Ashburton, Ōtautahi (Christchurch) over the weekend.

Sofia Maulvurfs (Yr 9) did extremely well in the 3km Cross Country, finishing 7th with an individual time of 11min.35! Sofia also ran the last leg of the relay to get in front of Canterbury - securing 1st place for the Auckland Year 9 Girls' team.

With good placings received overall, it was a very successful trip.
