STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION for The Board Of Trustees 2024/25:

The Board of Trustees Student Representative is one of the most important student leadership roles in the school. A Principal’s information session was held in the Board Room earlier this week, for students who are interested in being a BoT Student Representative.

Important dates to remember:

• Tuesday 20 August 2024: a Principal’s information session will be held in the Board Room for students who are interested in being a BoT Student Representative. (completed)
• Nominations for the Board of Trustees Student Representative close midday Wednesday 28 August 2024
• Publication of candidate statements will take place on Wednesday 4th September 2024 in a ‘special’ school newsletter.
• Q and A sessions with candidates will be held in the library on Thursday 5th September 2024
  
  
• Canvassing day is Monday 23 September 2024
• Election day is Wednesday 25 September 2024 - electronic voting via Google form
  
  
• Announcement of the successful candidate will be made by Thursday 26 September 2024 at the latest
• The newly elected Student Trustee will attend their first Board meeting on Thursday 31 October 2024.
