GBHS's visiting German language assistants Julia Auer and Luisa Laubmann, taught Year 10 German language students how to make a traditional Austrian dessert called Kaiserschmarrn - a sweet fluffy pancake that is caramelized, torn into bite-sized pieces and served sprinkled with powdered sugar. Students mastered their food vocabulary prior to reading and following this popular German recipe. Guten Appetit!
