Who needs Uber Eats?

Nothing can beat a nutritious homemade meal - lovingly prepared by level 2 Hospitality students!

Whānau are in for a treat when dinner comes home tonight. Our young master chefs have been busy in the kitchen today as part of their 02HOS assessment: Preparing and presenting a two-course meal to be packed and taken away to whānau.

The assessment is worth 10 credits, with marks for food safety, knife skills, grilling, and salads (pasta, green, fruit). As well as the practical side where cleanliness and presentation are key elements, students have also completed bookwork and theory tests leading up to today's culinary delights.
