Level 2 Physical Education Outdoors are practising for their Surfing Assessment on land and sea.

Taking to the surf, like ducks take to water, as demonstrated above by Oskar Fisher (Year 12).

As part of their level 2 assessments, students are exploring learning the biomechanics of surfing on land and sea (surfing and skateboarding) via movement, and contexts (as well as accepting challenges)!

Key concepts include functional anatomy, biomechanics, skill learning, exercise physiology, active participation, and performance.
