Japanese Skills

Year 9 and Year 10 Japanese Language classes welcomed Chisato Yoshioka Sensei (Japanese Advisor from Language Circle) to their class.

Students enjoyed challenging their knowledge and skills learned throughout the year with a range of fun activities, including a chopstick challenge (picking up objects as small as hundreds & thousands/sprinkles), completing map and hiragana puzzles, origami and kirigami challenges, Japanese tongue twisters, and traditional Japanese games.

Yoshioka Sensei was impressed by their uptake of the difficult challenges and their ability to achieve many of them in a short time frame.
