Year 13

• TIME: 9.45am start
  
• LOCATION: Auditorium
  
• At end of assembly students will go to form class and be dismissed to go home (approx 11.30am).
  

Year 11

• TIME: 11.25am start
• LOCATION: Auditorium
• At end of assembly students go to form class to collect bags etc and will be dismissed to go home (approx 12.30pm).
  

Year 12

• TIME: 12.30pm start
• LOCATION: Auditorium
• At end of assembly students go to form class to collect bags etc and will be dismissed to go home (approx 1.30pm).
  
  

FORMAL AWARDS CEREMONY: Monday 30th October 2023

Purpose: (Yr 11 and Yr 12 Award Recipients only and their whānau)
Awards presented:
Academic Awards - Top in subject, Special Awards, Honours
Performances: Music and dance

• TIME: 8.40am Award Recipients only (to auditorium for run-through)
• 10.00am Whānau arrive
• 10.20am START with Formal welcome National Anthem - The Perfect Pitches (Green Bay Choir) and Melissa Tsoi Musical Item - Vague Explanation
• 11.40am FINISH with photo opportunties / morning tea provided
  
  

INFORMAL YEAR 13 LEAVERS' GRADUATION: Monday 30th October 2023

Purpose:
Social event for Year 13 students
Informal fun awards given out

• TIME: 5.00pm
• LOCATION: Library, courtyard and B Block classrooms
• Organised by Yr 13 committee with Food truck / Quiz / Musical item

• LOCATION: Church Unlimited 3 Te Atatu Rd, Glendene
  

INSTRUCTIONS

• 11am - 12.30pm - All students graduating are to attend a rehearsal (this is when student seats will be allocated), after the rehearsal all students can leave
• 5.30pm - Student arrive and be seated by 5.45pm
• 5.30pm - Doors open for whānau
• 5.50pm - Everyone seated
• 6.00pm - Ceremony begins
