Grief Centre | Grief Centre provides support through counselling, support groups, and bereavement support calls. The Grief Centre has supported all individuals and whānau living through loss. Youthline | Supports young people throughout Aotearoa aged between 12 - 24 years old. Youthline offers a helpline service, face-to-face counselling, youth mentoring and programmes. | 0800 376 633 / Free text: 234 |
Youth Health Hub | Youth Health Hub is a free health service for young people (12 - 24). Students can access their drop-in clinic to see a nurse if they need support for physical health. Our school team can get in touch with them as they also provide counselling, family support, mentoring with youth workers, and group programmes. | 0800 562 023 |
Gumboot Friday | Gumboot Friday has a directory of private counsellors. People under 25 years can apply to receive free counselling from these counsellors through Gumboot Friday. This application can be done with the counsellor’s support. | Text or call 1737 any time, 24 hours a day. |
