Riporipo - to swirl, whirl and curl was an intensive full day (Monday 19 September) music and movement workshop. With guiding help from Chamber Music Nz and Jolt Dance company members, Oaklynn School students and GBHS junior Dance, Music and Drama students, combined their skills and talents to create short performances that focussed on strengthening the connection we all have to each other.

This workshop created an opportunity for all our students to collaborate and form authentic relationships, to learn more about one another and to celebrate their respective, unique talents.

The final performance was both joyful and moving to watch but it was definitely the process and learning that came from the process that our students will walk away with.
