Kia ora e te whānau; It’s been a week of celebrations, and I am so proud of the Year 11 and Year 12 students who have been recognised for their successes in their academic studies and across different vocational pathways. We also acknowledged, through our Honours Awards, those students who are passionate about making both our school and the community a better place.
NCEA exams start next week and it has been fantastic to see so many of our senior students taking part in subject workshops ahead of their exams. I wish our senior students all the best over the exam period.
This afternoon, our junior students came together to celebrate Gumboot Friday. The field was full of music and laughter, with students and staff participating in gumboot-related games - so great to see!
