Manawa Te Wiki (Year 9) and Te Waimārie Te Wiki (Yr 13):

Manawa competed in two major dance competitions over the school holidays: the first comp was Hip Hop Internationals (HHI) where his crew achieved first in Nationals with a qualification to Arizona for HHI WORLDS! The 2nd competition was the World of Dance where they achieved second. Both results are incredible achievements and reflect a huge amount of work from the group.

Manawa has also been selected to travel to Arizona, USA, where he will compete at the World Hip Hop Dance Championships, representing New Zealand on the world stage. Te Waimārie was selected to play netball for Tāmaki Poitarawhiti Māori Netball where her team placed 2nd in the recent Under 19 grade Nationals.
