LifeChanger Programme

A group of Year 12 students took part in a life-changing workshop, as part of an empowering exploration of what it means to be a leader.

GBHS is excited to be working with LifeChanger, offering a wonderful opportunity for some of our Year 12 students to take part in a leadership training programme onsite at school.

Year 12 is a year where our students really begin their journey as senior leaders of the school, and the programme is designed to help them understand that they have significant influence over others, and provides practical ways to make a positive impact in their final years.

The programme centres around that key concept of leadership as influence, aiming for students to recognise their impact on younger students and encouraging them to intentionally shape that influence. The programme explores core leadership skills to help students become positive and effective leaders within the school and community.
