Offer of Place and Course Selections (YEAR 9, 2024)

IN ZONE:

• Upon meeting all enrolment application requirements i.e: All documentation attached and enrolment interview completed, an OFFER OF PLACE letter will be sent via email to all parents/caregivers requesting confirmation of your child's enrolment.
• The 2024 YEAR 8-9: PARENT COURSE SELECTION INFO letter will be sent via email to all parents/caregivers on Friday 8 September 2023 containing information about how to log into SchoolBridge in order to select and submit your child's course selection.
• Course selection must be completed by Friday 15 September 2023.
  
  

  OUT OF ZONE:

• Out of Zone Applications for 2024 were to be submitted by WEDNESDAY 30 AUGUST 2023 and are now CLOSED
• The Board of Trustees has determined that there will be 10 places available for Out of Zone students at Year 9 in 2024.
• There were 78 out of zone applications received by the enrolment deadline of Wednesday 30 August.
• The ballot (10 places for Year 9 students only) took place on Wednesday 6 September 2023 supervised by a sworn member of the NZ Police.
• All Out of Zone applicants have been notified of the outcome and Offers of Place letters were sent to successful applicants on Wednesday 6 September 2023.
• Out of Zone applicants must confirm their position by Friday 15 September 2023.
• Successful applicants of the ballot, who accept a place at Green Bay High School, will be invited to complete their online course selections for 2024. A letter will be sent via email to all parents/caregivers containing information about how to log into SchoolBridge in order to select and submit your child's course selection.
