03SCG Assessment

GBHS's Level 3 SCG (Science General) students have been learning about the behaviour of different species, in particular primates, as part of an upcoming assessment.

Putting theory into practice, students took part in a primate tour at the Auckland Zoo earlier this week, where Auckland Zoo educators highlighted specific primate behaviours.

Students choose a particular species (Orangutan, Siamang, Baboons, or Lemurs) to observe their different behaviours over a 2-hour period.

Zoo staff commented, "What a great bunch of students!"
