We’re beginning work on our next three-year strategic plan, which will shape the future direction of our school.
Our vision, Te Angitu Ngātahi - Succeeding Together, is about our school community working together to find success. For students, this means academic success as well as becoming confident, connected and valued members of our community.
Over the last five years, our school has grown significantly and we’re now more culturally diverse and much larger than before. This short survey is part of a wider conversation about relationships, belonging, and what student success means in our school. Whether you’ve been with us for many years or are new to our community, your voice matters.
Your perspective will help us:
- understand what’s working well;
- identify areas for improvement;
- ensure our planning reflects the needs and strengths of our community.
The feedback you share will give us an initial snapshot on what's going well, where we can grow and areas for us to explore further. We’ll use your insights to identify key themes, and we’ll come back to you as our planning develops to check we’re on the right track.
Alongside this survey, we’ll also be gathering feedback and ideas at:
- Migrant Whānau Hui - (held on Tuesday, June 3rd)
- Whānau Hui - (held on Wednesday, June 4th)
- Pasifika Family Fono - (to be held next Wednesday, June 11th)
There will be opportunities to give further feedback at our Term 3 PST evenings and other school events in Term Three.

Thank you so much for letting us know how you are feeling about our school and what you would like to see in the future. It is very much appreciated and will help us continue to grow positively.
