Driver Hazard Training and Car Maintenance.

Year 12 and 13 Vocational Studies students took part in a Silverfern One Day Driver Hazard & Car Maintenance programme, held onsite at GBHS.

The day involved modules such as Driver Hazard Training and Safety Awareness (Group Facilitated), Car Maintenance and Vehicle Safety (Practical Hands-on) - how to maintain your own car and become more aware of what to look for when your vehicle needs attention to stay safe.

Each student will receive a HAZCAR certificate. Upon completion of the one-day programme, they are eligible for support under the Silverfern Motorsport Charitable Trust for free funding towards gaining a full driver's licence (including driving lessons and testing) how awesome is that!
