Year 10 Spanish language students had an epiphany moment while cooking - when they realised their cooking skills had produced a magnificent looking Roscón de Reyes!
With Christmas just around the corner, Year 9 and Year 10 Spanish classes are making traditional Xmas Spanish fare, from sweet treats to savoury delights.
Roscón is a round, donut-shaped sweet yeast bread dessert, typical of Spanish cuisine.
The Roscón de Reyes Roscón of Kings, is traditionally eaten on the Epiphany, January 6, celebrating the arrival of the wise men who went to see baby Jesus.
