There has been a lot of growth this term - especially for some of our Science students who have been growing Kūmara plants from seeds as part of their learning, and for the most part, did an amazing job keeping them alive!

For Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), Kōanga (Spring) is the perfect season to plant Kūmara in your mara (garden), especially in the month of Whiringa-ā-rangi (October) to the month of Hakihea (December).

Feed your plants and they will feed you.
