Football Fanatics ...

Congratulations to Sam van der Klift (Year 12) and Mikey Judd (Year 10) who were selected to play in - AND WON - the Shepparton Cup in Melbourne!

Their winning team, RH3 (Ricki Herbert 3) played a total of 6 games in the U15 division, with some definite match highlights - including Mikey's goal in the final - securing the match with a 4-2 win.

The Shepparton Cup is Australia's biggest football Junior event, with over 220 regional, national, and international teams competing over a two-day tournament held at two venues: Shepparton Sports City and Mooroopna Recreation Reserve, and is a platform for up-and-coming top young football players to compete.

Mikey (Striker) and Sam (Midfielder) both play for Green Bay High School's lst Xl, and have been part of the same club team (Bay Olympic) since they were about 5 years old - so they certainly have what it takes for a winning combo!
