Hanga-Aro-Rau Senior Pathways Advisor, Beth Nalter, facilitated an insightful careers event at GBHS for Year 13 Vocational Studies students last week.

Many of you may remember Beth during her time working at GBHS as a Careers Councillor. Beth is following her passion to ensure relevant learning programmes and skills address future workforce needs. Hanga-Aro-Rau work with industry and employers to understand skills needed in the workforce. This information is passed on to education and training providers.

This session allowed volunteers within the logistics industry to show a wide range of pathways available, that for the most part, is not always visible as a direct pathway from school.
