HANDS-ON AT OTAGO 2025: APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!

This is a unique opportunity for Years 12 and 13 students (in 2025) to experience a week of Otago student life.

During 'Hands-On at Otago' students stay on campus in one of the residential colleges and choose a subject to study for the week. There are 25 subjects on offer, from across Business, Health Sciences, Humanities (Arts) and Sciences.

During the week, students will meet some of Otago's academic staff and students from other schools nationwide. They will participate in a wide range of activities to challenge and inspire them for the year ahead.

'Hands-On' will run from Sunday 12 January to Friday 17 January 2025.

It is important to note that quite often more applications are received than places available - therefore students are encouraged to put time and effort into their applications. The application is often the deciding factor in their acceptance.
