SUMMER TOURNAMENT WEEK:

It has been an action-packed week for our summer tournament teams with selected GBHS students showcasing their skills in a variety of sporting events.

3X3 basketball boys secured 16th place in their 3-day tournament finishing on Wednesday (26/3) at Bruce Pulman Arena. They played some tough competition and the majority of their games were super close scores!

The Volleyball boys, playing in Palmerston North at the Nationals are doing exceptionally well, winning 2 games in 3 set thrillers against top seedings! Highlight was beating Rangiora the number-one seed in their division!

Futsal boys and girls are in Mount Maunganui and are currently undefeated. The boys have won both convincingly (9-1, 5-1). The girls won their first 5-4 and drew the second 3-3.

We are super proud of the efforts all these athletes are putting in this week representing the school.
